Welcome to the Young Leaders Programme! The Fiqh Module is a thorough study of laws and rulings pertaining to relevant chapters of Purification (Taharah) and Prayer (Salah). Students will delve into key issues affecting university students, enabling them to become confident in implementing the laws and offering guidance for others.

Wudu and Tayammum
Essential laws of Salah
Rules of Congregational prayers
Leading prayers
Jumuah Salah and Khutbah
Laws affecting the traveller
Logistics

Teacher: Mufti Maruf Ahmed
Mufti Maruf Ahmed is the founder and CEO of Rashad Academy. He is also the lead lecturer in the Faculty of Law & Jurisprudence. He studied the Islamic Sciences at Darul Hadith Latifiah and furthered his studies in the UK and abroad. He went on to complete his Masters Degree in Islamic Studies. Thereafter, he completed his Ifta course and graduated as a Mufti.
He is currently teaching Mukhtasar al-Quduri and Usul al-Shashi. He was also our course instructor for Fasting: Disciplining The Soul & Body, Family Planning in Islam and our annual Fiqh of Fasting seminar.
